Third Parties

We welcome third parties to make use of both the Spektrix API and our reporting tools in order to further support our shared clients. When our clients are working with a third party, we will provide the selected third party with access to our APIs, documentation and create custom reports to allow our clients to achieve their business goals.

Event listings:

Spektrix has a powerful API which can be used to send and receive data from client Spektrix systems. This data can then be used to populate third party websites or event listing pages. The advantage of working in this is that the relevant up to date information can be pulled directly from Spektrix, without the need for any manual processes or double entry.

Our Support team are on hand to help any third parties who want to make use of our API to generate event listings pages. Please contact support@spektrix.com, and cc in the client concerned.

Because the data required to generate event listings will not contain any customer data, authentication is not needed. You will only need authentication if you are making API calls that give access to sensitive customer information, which is not necessary in this scenario.

Revenue Management:

We understand that our clients may wish to work with a third party to help them with revenue management, and in this scenario there is a need to easily access relevant data from our clients Spektrix systems.

To fully support this work, we are able to create custom reports alongside our standard reporting suite. We have already built custom report suites for a number of third parties, allowing them to easily extract the data they need from the Spektrix system.

In this scenario, we will work closely with third parties to build custom reports that meet their requirements. Once built, these reports can then be used across the Spektrix client base. Our clients then have the ability to grant third parties access to the Spektrix Partner Companies interface (where they can access and run these reports at any time), or can set these reports to run and be automatically emailed out over a schedule.
